This year we were privileged to offer our 27th Festival of Lessons & Carols. The Oakham Congregational Church Choir, with help from friends from surrounding communities, performed Pepper Choplin’s “Go Sing It on the Mountain.”

The program included: Rise, O People, and Bring Good News, A Child is Gonna Come,  Call His Name Jesus, Angel Band, Hush, Little Baby, Go Sing It on the Mountain, Star Eternal,  Scottish Worship Carol, and Joyous Nowell to the World. Each choral piece alternated with appropriate Christmas scripture readings.

 It was a wonderful success!
